The long story
Each unit in this complex is owned by “someone” like a private person or a company, usually the former. Most people have their unit as an investment, renting it out through the Mantra Trilogy Hotel or by other means. 10-15% of owners choose to live in them. Hence, there are some permanent residents in the Mantra Trilogy complex. Mantra Trilogy consists of three buildings; tower 1 build in 2004, tower 2 build in 2006 and tower 3 build in 2009. Unit 1104 is in tower 1.
Mantra Trilogy is located directly at the waterfront approximately 35 meters from the ocean. The first owner bought unit 1104 off plan. The second, and current, owner bought the unit in 2012 and lived in it for 7 years. It is now back as an investment property rented out by the Mantra Trilogy hotel.
The main balcony directly faces the ocean with uninterrupted views of the bay and out to Green Island. The new years fireworks are placed approximately 200 meters right out from the balcony so you have the best views of that from the balcony.
Between the main balcony and the ocean is the Esplanade, the street where all parades are held (several every year), and the beautiful Esplanade boardwalk.
Shops, restaurants, night market, the 4800 square meter Lagoon salt water pool and the reef fleet terminal (where the boats take tourists to the Great barrier Reef) are all within a few hundred meters of easy flat walking distance.
